Summary

Introduced with the Navigation Bill 2012, the bill: repeals the

Lighthouses Act 1911
and
Navigation Act 1912
; makes amendments to 28 Acts consequential on the repeal of the
Navigation Act 1912
; and amends the proposed
Navigation Act 2012
to include the Maritime Labour Convention.
